I attended The Pennsylvania State University where I studied Kinesiology, specifically Fitness Studies. While I love all ways to exercise, running is my passion and is the reason I decided to study exercise and pursue certification as a personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I ran on the Penn State Cross Country Club Team where I was elected a Captain and a Workout Chair. I created running regimens for the entire men and women's club. I used my knowledge of personal training and exercise science to further my running and my teammates running through strength training, cross training, and training specificity. Preventing injury and staying healthy was always the #1 goal. There is no better feeling for me than seeing others succeed at the goals they put forth for themselves and to know that I helped them reach that goal. I want to help you reach your goals!
